Eart hour in a few minutes .. I hope the twins  don't freak :S This will be fun lol....

I ordered my two week trial yesterday and I'm eager to start taking them. I've heard alot of good things about it but like everything that sells these days there's a few negative things said about it also.Anyone use it or knows someone on it? I'm desperate to lose this weight and I can't seem to do it lately. The weather is gorgeous outside and I feel like a big fat beached whale *sigh*. I'm always tired, have no energy and I just feel rotten. I'm gonna start using my foodlog again. I stopped for a long time since the house pc was fucked and I was always using the work laptop but now it's fixed so Im good to go. I need some help and I need to get motivated damit!

I was at the childrens hospital for a few hours with Marissa tonight. Her breathing was bad so they rushed her into the treatment room for astma.Still unsure if she has it or not she was treated with the mask and well it was hell. They had to wrap her up like a newborn and she faught it as if someone was trying to kill her :(. It worked tho and she's now asleep in her bed, have a prescription for a pump again incase her breathing ever gets like that again.
Anyways there's something I've been looking up for a little while. There was this lady in the treatment room with us, she had asked me if Marissa could speak properly cause she noticed at 2 1/2 she wasn't. I explainned to her how we thought she was autistic and thats when she started to tell me about this gluten-free, casein-free diets (gfcf) and autism. She told me her son (3 years old which was there) is Autistic also and he was just like her a few months back. She told me how she heard of this diet that helps mild cases of autisum and within 2 weeks of putting her son on it he spoke full sentences. Here's the link http://www.glutensolutions.com/autism.htm

We took Makayla to "build a bear" and well if you know her by my posts I make about her then you know it's not a bear she got :p.
"she's" so cute and the dam thing cost me 36$ in total but the look on her face the whole time she was there (only kid in the store so ummm ya she got the FULL attention) was well worth every dollar. The lady was super spunky and made makayla do jumps and rub the "bears" heart on her toes,chest,head lol was cute. She loves it and I loved spending some alone time with her <3..
I will post pics of her and her "bear" tomorrow :)
